Attendance & Admissions Officer

Overview

Parish Church of England Primary School is looking to appoint an Attendance and Admissions Officer. The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive service to the school by leading the administration of whole school attendance. This vital role significantly supports student outcomes and ensures that our students are safe and always accounted for. The successful candidate will work with our leadership team to ensure that student attendance is moving in a positive direction through the various strategies that are employed.

Experience in a similar field would be helpful. The ability to use student data, Microsoft Office, Google and Arbor confidently will be an advantage.

You will be able to plan, prioritise and work effectively under pressure and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents and students.

Salary & Benefits

Grade:                                          Aquinas A4.1

Contract:                                     Part time, Permanent

Hours:                                          32.5 Hours per Week, Monday – Friday 08:00 – 15:30 less 1hr lunch

Weeks:                                         39 Weeks per Year (term time only)

Full Time Salary:                     £26,433.00 p.a.

Actual pro rata:                       £20,435.15 p.a.
