Part Time Administration Assistant

Overview

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Administration Assistant to join our team with immediate effect.The successful candidate will be joining a flourishing school graded Outstanding by Ofsted.

The successful candidate would ideally have experience working in a busy school office. The role supports pupils, staff, parents, and external stakeholders, maintaining high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.

  • Have experience or a demonstrable interest in working as an Administration Assistant.
  • Have a background in education or office work.
  • Be a good communicator with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have practical experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Have experience of performing tasks to strict criteria and deadlines.
  • Have an advanced level of IT skills and an aptitude for learning new systems.
  • Know how to build relationships and to work as part of a team.
  • Come with a friendly, helpful, caring and flexible approach.

Salary & Benefits

Aquinas Grade 4

Full Time Salary Range: £26,433.00 p.a. - £28,312.00 p.a.

Actual Pro Rata Range: £12,575.47 p.a. - £13,469.41 p.a.

Weeks: 39 Weeks (Term time only)

Hours: 20 hours per week, 9:30am to 13:30pm Monday - Friday
