Site Manager

Overview

St Nicholas Church of England Primary School is seeking a Site Manager to take sole responsibility for the care and management of the school site. This is a hands-on role with no staff to supervise. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the school buildings and grounds are safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained, supporting a positive environment for all who use the premises.

Salary & Benefits

Grade:                                               Aquinas A4.4 – A5.11

Full Time Salary Range:          £27,214.00 - £33,112.00 p.a.

Hours:                                                25 - 30 Hours per Week (to be discussed at interview)

Actual Salary:                                £18,777.66 - £27,482.96 p.a.

Weeks:                                              52 Weeks per Year
