Site Manager
Overview
St Nicholas Church of England Primary School is looking to appoint a Site Manger to ensure the effective management, organisation and supervision of all matters relating to, and all staff involved with, the school’s premises, providing a clean and safe environment for users of the buildings and grounds.

The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of managing a facilities team, building contracts and leading customer focused projects.
- Appropriate health and safety and buildings management qualifications;
- The ability to build relationships and to lead and work as part of a team;

Salary & Benefits
Grade: Aquinas A4.4 – A5.11
Full Time Salary Range: £27,214.00 - £33,112.00 p.a.
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 25 - 30 Hours per Week (to be discussed at interview)
Weeks: 52 Weeks per Year
