Salary: £11.69 per hour; £4,561.50 per annum

Trinity Church of England Primary School, a member of the Aquinas Education Trust, is a two-form entry
primary school with a Specialist Provision.
We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor for a varied role, working two hours per day. For one hour per day, you would be working as part of our Specialist Provision lunchtime team, providing 1to1 support to a named Reception child with Dystonia and Cerebal Palsy. You would also spend one hour per day with the lunchtime team in the Mainstream School.
The successful candidate will have a calm and positive manner with children. Previous experience of working with children may be an advantage, but enthusiasm and willingness to work flexibly as part of a team are essential.
The role will involve:
Providing 1to1 Support
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of the named pupil at all times
• Supporting and encouraging the pupil’s social interaction
• Supporting the pupil’s physical and self-care needs
• Undertaking first aid as needed, following health and safety guidelines
Working in the Mainstream School
• Ensuring that our children have a safe and enjoyable lunch experience
• Supervising conduct of pupils in the lunch hall and playground
• Setting up the lunch hall and cleaning after lunch
• Undertaking first aid as needed, following health and safety guidelines
