Subject Leader of PE (Teacher of Girls PE)
Overview
Bishop Justus is seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspiring Subject Leader of PE to join our ambitious and dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to shape and drive excellence in physical education, fostering a culture of high participation, strong achievement, and a lifelong love of sport and physical activity.
We are looking for a dynamic practitioner at the forefront of teaching and learning, with a proven track record of securing strong outcomes and delivering a rich, knowledge-led curriculum across Key Stages 3–5. You will bring energy, vision and clarity of purpose, leading the department with confidence and ensuring consistently high standards for all students.
The successful candidate will build excellent relationships with students and colleagues, communicate with clarity and purpose, and lead with both warmth and high expectations. Flexibility, resilience and a commitment to continuous improvement will be essential.
